Our engineer will carry out various tests and do everything possible to locate your leak/problem on the day but unfortunately no guarantees can be given, however it is very rare that our engineer will not find the leak/problem (or give you recommendations as to what to do next) during the survey. Full payment will still be required once the survey has ended. The price agreed is per survey and not how many hours it takes, as some surveys may be completed in 2 hours and some may take up to 8 hours (max time for 1 survey).
